• Additionally, we set up an initial video call so we can meet each other, go over some more essential starter details, and begin building your schedule…

• We’ll be checkin in with one or two more video calls prior to your day to ensure everything is covered and we’re all on the same page…

A few details we gather from you to make sure everything runs as smoothly and stress-free as possible:

• Daily events and times

• Specific moments you want captured on camera

• Must-have checklist of images

• Brainstorming poses and ideas for the Wedding Party before and after your Ceremony

• Discussing and going over inspiration photos / things you love and don’t love

Additional to your schedule for the day, we’ll discuss exactly which portions you’d like documented and for how long…

• Including but not limited to:

  • What time you’d like me there / How long you’ll like me there

  • Covering where every will be during each portion of the day to make sure I’m able to capture everything
